Both for internal decisions and external negotiations it is often important to know and understand what your innovation, product, project, venture or entire company is worth. Valuation of a company or product can be difficult, especially for start-ups exposed to unique risks that come with entering new markets.  There are multiple approaches and many factors that need to be considered relevant to the specific industry and technology.

Our valuations are based on in-depth knowledge, data and understanding of both the technology in question as the market and industry. We apply various approaches for either pre-revenue ventures or existing profitable companies. Herein we specialize in the risk-adjusted net present value (rNPV), which has become the gold standard for product valuations in biotechnology. In addition we often apply the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) for existing profitable companies. We also have further financial modeling and valuation expertise for our M&A advisory practice.
